Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

Minusy: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.

The flight was too short to have food and entertainment. Otherwise excellent.

I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.

I was not able to take the return trip back to Boston as scheduled. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Very disappointed with the level of Lufthansa service.

Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

Minusy: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Plusy: "The size of the plane was nice. They had a good move selection. The vegan meal I was given was great."

Minusy: "It was loud, cold, the food was just okay at least my vegan meal was the bomb but it would have been better had when we booked the flight it allowed me to also choose this option for my husband. Since he is vegan as well."

Minusy: "Didn’t have the meal I ordered Got in 30 min early but no gate for us. We waited over 80min on tarmac to deplane I paid extra for an exit seat but there was no indication when I did that there would be walls for armrests and that made it very uncomfortable for me"

Na lotnisku w Treviso brak iformacji o odprawie oraz nadaniu bagażu. W ostatniej chwili zorientowałem się, że w miejscu innej odprawy można odprawić lot do Warszawy. TRAGEDIA nie polecam

Minusy: "Had to stand outside in rain & wind while waiting to board. Took a very long time to board. Very loud people. Excessively loud engine noise. Attendant made me open my window shade. Small seat did not recline. No seat pocket for magazine."

Minusy: "Nie dość, że lot był opóźniony, to zmieniono bramkę na oddaloną od pierwotnej o kilometry, trzeba było się cofnąć do sali odlotów, później dwa przystanki kolejką i jeszcze maszerować dobre 400m. Jak już wsiedliśmy, to pilot zakomunikował, że postoimy przy terminalu jakieś 40 minut, bo korytarze powietrzne zwężone, czy coś w tym rodzaju. Na ciepło posiłki tylko po starcie. Masakra jakaś."

Minusy: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

Minusy: "Stood st the gate 30 minutes and then they changed the gate. Went to the new gate, stood in line again and they changed the gate AGAIN. Walked to the new gate and stood in line about another 30 minutes then once checked in and walked down the jetway, we were stopped again and had to wait!! Then we were delayed on the jetway waiting to load bags and once we started going, there were several planes ahead of us so we sat on the tarmac and waited some more. Flight arrived in Dublin more than 2 hours late!"

Minusy: "Opóźniony lot o 1 godzinę. Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o opóźnieniu. Brak jakichkolwiek przeprosin."

Minusy: "We arrived 2 hours before the flight. No gate info available for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes it said gate info would be in 20 more minutes. After that 20 minutes they said another 20 minutes. There was no info on the flight and you have no place to wait until they decide to tell you where your gate it. When the gate info finally came up it said to report to the gate immediately and then we were supposed to board. Basically you are forced to stand for 3 hours not knowing anything about the flight."

Plusy: "Piękne widoki nad lotniskiem w palermo. Bardzo miły i komunikatywny pilot! Punktualnie i profesjonalnie"

Plusy: "Brakowało mi polsko języcznej obsługi. Na locie krajowym to powinien być standard."
