Never heard of anyone taking offense to ladies walking around in bikini tops. Assuming you're also wearing the bottom and aren't going to be popping into a churche, synagogue or mosque, you're gucci. You havent been around here long have you.

Consider how much skin you're comfortable showing in public. It might be too revealing if you're showing quite some skin in your swimsuit. If you're not comfortable showing a lot of skin, opt for a suit with more coverage. The saggy bottoms or falling straps might make your swimsuit too revealing.
