        On the surface they appear tobe worth 5stars but atthe end ofthe day it’s just smoke and mirrors. They are all basically really friendly and courteous, they say one thing and your bill reflects something else. That’s the main problem Ihad. Never mind the manger wanted TOREMOVE MYBUMPER somy car would fit the tow dolly. Iwas charged for extra days and was promised acorrection that never came onboth ends the pickup and delivery side, also Istill wanna know WHO WOULD BEPUTTING mybumper back onwhen Ireached mydestination… the whole experience caused more angst than necessary amove can betraumatic and these folks worsen itwith their fake customer care routine. Adjust the bill properly give adequate receipts toreflect the adjustments. Ifthey say they emailed the receipt and you don’t get your own hard copy… you’ve beenhad. These are professionals.– show

          Absolutely horrendous customer service. When Ireserved online itwas $200dollars cheaper and advertised for unlimited miles and then they started charging meby the miles. Ontop ofthat they make mepick upat adifferent location then where Ireservedit. Moving isstressful enough without adding these horrible folks toit! Literally goanywhere else.

              This location was clean, professional, friendly and very efficient. Each team member seemed towork well with the other asthe job may ormay not require. Please let these employees know how much you appreciate them. These men were beyond amazing. Thank you for mygreat move. Itold them Iwas going towrite areview, and I'm doing itnow. Iwill also submitted tocorporate.

                This uhaul center needs better associates working the front. The service isnot inviting orwarm atall. Ihave rented ona couple occasions and itwas the same energy. The truck performed well though.

                  If Icould give them zero stars Iwould! The short older guy that check trucks inwas extremely rude!! Upon returning the truck wewas told that wedid not put any gas back init. However wehad apicture toshow that wehad just got fuel and itwas back towere itwas when wegot the truck! Hetold usthat “he just going off what the system saying” we’ll apparently the system was wrong! This place isa ripoff!!! PLEASE ask for aprinted receipt before leaving. IfI would have just left, likeI was toldto, without going infor aprinted receipt they would have over chargedus! Very poor customer service!!!– show

                    After checkingin, the clerk said itwould bea few minutes before the truck was ready, even though itwas atthe dock. Iwaited almost 40minutes inside and outside without any employee saying one word tome. Ifinally went tothe desk tojust cancel, and the young lady said “Oh, are you ready?” Apparently she had the keys the entire time and didn't stop gabbing and staring ather phone long enough tolet meknow. Then Inoticed once Igot tomy destination that there there was noappliance dolly like Irequested, just the regular dolly. And totop italloff, the driver's side door didn't even shut completely. Horrible service. Listen tothe reviews and stay far away from this location.– show

                      Front desk worker Felicia and outside worker ashort guy never got his name was very rude and charged me$25for dust inthe back ofthe truck that was previously there upon picking upthe truck, itwasn't enough for meto complain orreport soI brought itback the same way and the outside guy stole $25from meby say Ileft itnasty when Ididn't, Icame back tothe location after receiving myreceipt and seen Iwas ch

                        Very poor customer service asfar aswhen returning your truck, the worker outside and Felicia thought itwas agreat idea tocharge me$25for debris that was already inside the truck previously, and need Isay itwas really dust. Ireturned the truck ontime with the proper fuel levels plus cleaned inside oftruck and they pretty much stole my$25. They were very rude and disrespectful. Iwouldn't recommend going here unless you plan onpaying extra for nothing.

                          Even though Uhaul doesn’t have alot ofgood reviews online when Iwas comparing storage services and box/pod services, Ihave tosay Ifelt well taken care offrom the beginning tothe end atthis Uhaul location.

                          The manger Ibraham made sure his team take good care ofmy stuff. Everything’s perfectly fine after being stored attheir warehouse for 6months and it’s not even one ofthose expensive temp-controlled unit. When Ihad tomove out myUhaulbox, the manager would call toconfirm before

                          hand and checked inwith meonce awhile tomake sure things are going well asI unloaded mystuff. Again, would highly recommend this location. Moving can bevery stressful but they this location only made things easier forme.– show

This man became extremely defensive and started raising his voice arguing and being socondescending and borderline aggressive!                                       The manager, Abraham, reached out tome 3days ago after charging mefor 2Uboxes informing methat hehe would refund mefor the 2nd UBox. After aday, Ireached out tohim tofollowup. Hedid not text back. Again this morning, Ireached out tothe manager onthe number heprovided mewithout any response. Finally Ihad ticall U-haul and beon hold for over 45minutes tofinally get the charge corrected. Next time, please refund mewhen you say youare. Classic case ofover promising and under delivering. Ifyou are busy, give mea time like next time and donot give the impression Iwould berefunded 3daysago.– show

                                        Took two hours topick upa reservation. They mixed the keys upon the trucks. Employee didn't even have apermanent marker available tothem. Don't expect any available parking.
