Every human has 2 types of vision – i) Eyesight – It tellsus what things are around us. It makes a picture of trees, people, building, mountain,water, stars and other physical objects.
ii) Mind sight – This is the power to see what is possibleafter the use of human intelligence. It makes a picture of the future – Thehouse we dream of, the wealth that we will have in the future and enjoy.
Some people believe that their future is determined by luck.What a silly thing!
There is a difference between want and dream. Wish is just alazy recreation with no effort behind it but there is an action plan behind thedream.

Sow a great dream – Wealth is just an idea that has beentested. Don’t wait for the ideal conditions.

4) How to getconfidence for success – ‘’Fear always arises out of ignorance’’and voters do not support a candidate who is not prepared because of ignorance.The main reason for fear is incomplete knowledge. Help defeat the entirepreparation.
The old saying ‘’ Norisk, no profit’’ is almost always true. Risk is the risk of loss as muchas air is necessary for success.
The surest way to look confident is – Smile, smile and smile.☺
Think of the most successful people you know. Each of them will ‘loose ‘more times than they have ‘won’, has been rejected, fired, there have been periods of bad health, have made badinvestments and suffered insults.

Or the parents ofother kids watch the little league match, but my daddy just leaves me there andcomes to pick up after the match is over. ‘’ The children need the gifts ofyour time and all your attention.’’ Your spouse and your parents toowho may be living in an old aged home.
6) Successfultechniques to motivate people to get their desired work done – Also, learnthis principle of achievement: We succeed in the same proportion as we inspireother people. The amount of money, influence and authority we get depends onhow much work we make others do. To succeed in selling, Salesmen have topersuade others to buy, for management you have to rely on the support ofothers because they help you in working, to win elections politicians have tomotivate citizens to vote for them. In this way, your success depends on howmuch work, shopping, investment or sacrifice you give to other people.
Don’t just tell peoplewhat to do, but also show them how to do it, so that they can get real help.
Make a habit oftelling how good people look. It doesn’t cost anything, but the person you arepraising.
Even if the attempt is unsuccessful, only the effort shouldbe truly appreciated. Not every child can get an ‘’A’’ grade in every subject.

Smile and createexcitement. Remember when you smile, you cannot be angry, disappointed orworried but when you smile, others like you -too.
The more you know about something, the more enthusiastic youwill be. Make others feel enthusiastic. This makes you more excited.
8) Produce self-interestof others to achieve goals - The urge for self interest proved to be a1000 times more powerful than the urge for community interest.
To achieve what you want, you should give the mostimportance to what other people like. When you show people how it will benefitthem, how they will be able to earn more money and enjoy life, you will getyour rewards easily.
A person’s name is hismost important identity. Always pronounce the name of the person in front.
If you make people feel proud of him, then he will supportyou in your work. Make others feel good about them and their work
